Put the code in the e-Transfer message and we'll match it automatically. It works as soon as the payment arrives, and we'll email and text you when it does — with your "Book with my package" link.
How packages work
Pay once, book as you go
- Choose and pay. By Interac e-Transfer (3% off) or card. You get a package code that starts with GP.
- Book each visit. On the booking page, tick "I have a package code" — or use the "Book with my package" link in your email. No deposit to pay.
- Bring the squad. A group booking uses one visit per person, so four guests take four visits at once.
- Keep track. Your email and My account show how many visits of each service are left.
Bridal package terms
- RefundsBridal packages are non-refundable.
- ReschedulingAny visit can move to a new date with 24 hours' notice — it isn't lost.
- CancellingA cancelled bridal visit is used, so reschedule instead.
- The trialAt the studio, ideally 4–8 weeks before the wedding.
- On the dayAt the studio or on location; travel and early starts (before 7am) are paid on the day.
- Valid12 months from payment. Anyone with the code can book with it.
Glam squad, prom and lesson packages: no refunds, but a visit cancelled at least 24 hours ahead goes back on your package.
